A long time ago (in the WordPerfect world), I was able to
create keyboard merges. I would create screen prompts,
that prompted a user to fill in fields (small dialogue
boxes ... with instructional prompts). This information
would then populate specific areas on a form that I had
created.
If there a way to do this in word without knowing visual
basic (or VBA).
