When I type alt-164 on a computer here,
I get '?' instead of the 'ñ' which I should
be getting. How can I change the mapping
so that I get the correct 'ñ'

Thanks in Advance

Different fonts are not all mapped the same in my default Arial font I
get "ñ" for Alt-164 I get the same with Alt 024. Were I to change fonts or
even language settings, I might get something totally different.

Not that what I see when I view your message may not have been the same
as you did if you are viewing the message in a different font.

Some fonts have few characters like less than thirty total some many
more.

The Windows character map tool will display the characters in a font and
will tell you how to use them.
