Yesterday I entered a website and clicked on to listen to
music. From that moment it became impossible to stop it
and to close the browser, so I had to reboot my laptop
manually. After that, the keyboard has not being working
correctly. "J" key is "1", and so on.

I've checked the laguage keyboard configuration and it's
ok.

I downloaded Panda Titanium, Norton Antivirus and PC
Cillin, and they don't detect any viruses. I used Ad-aware
and everything seems to be all right.

I've also tried to use an old cofiguration through Windows
XP control panel and it doesn't finish doing it.

What can I do?

Hi Almudena -

Is your NumLk key pressed? There is an embedded numeric keypad on the
right-hand side of your keyboard.

M=0, J=1, K=2, L=3, U=4, etc.

i have had a similar problem except my n key is stuck.
everything jumps to n, so in notepad the letter n just
keeps writing itself, and myt keyboard is wireless so i
unplugged the batteries and it still happens. i scanned
for adware and viruses and nothing. when i am in my
browser it jumps to any word begnning with n and when
browsing files or folders it jumps to anything beginning
with n. i reformatted my pc and now i dont have the
problem. never found out the problem
