Keyboard layout changes after computer comes out of sleep mode

The layout changes from US to UK or vice versa
We are on WXP SP2 - multiple users affected.
Any help greatly appreciated...

I take it you have tried removing the multiple keyboard layouts?

Control Panel>>Regional and language options>>Langueages tab>>Details and
remove it from there..

One way to get it to filter down is to set this up for a setup user, profile
defaults default background whatever you like, and then from the users menu

Control panel>>system>>advaced tab>>User Profiles Settings button>>

you can use the copy to function to copy your setup user to the default user
profile. This means every time a new user logs on they will get the defaults
you set copied across.

So you may have to delete previously logged in users and recreate their
profiles (Don't forget to backup any data and settings). Also disable the
language bar, that thing (unless you rally need it) is just an annoyance.
