I am using Word 2003. I have inadvertantly programmed some keys or entered
some type of a mode.
When it hit Ctrl+Home, I do not go to the top of the document instead a GOTO
screens comes up.
When I highlight a word and press the delete key the word is not deleted
instead I get a question at the bottom of my screen that says delete block
yes or no and I have to press yes to get the word to delete.
I uninstalled Office 2003 and re-installed it but it keep the same settings.
I tried using the reset from the help directions but they were useless.
There is a document called normal.dot which I could not find or delete.
I would like to have just the default settings for when you first install
office.
