Keyboard issues with limited account

I have 3 user accounts on my home computer - one for me and two for my
children. My oldest child now has an e-mail account and wants to start using
it. Problem is - the keys on the keyboard don't type when under her limited
account. Is this supposed to happen? How do I fix it?

Check if he has accidently turn on any Accessibility Option like Sticky Key
or Filter Key. Sometimes, those feature cause this problem.

1. Click Start - Control Panel - open Accessibility.
2. Uncheck any option if checked like "Sticky Key" or "Filter Key"
