Keyboard Hotkeys

Would someone please tell me if I can assign the hot keys
on my keyboard, using windows XP. If so please tell me
how. Thanks for your kind service. Sam C.

That depends on the keyboard and the software that came with the
keyboard.
Those keys are not a function of Windows.
 
You need a third party program. Hot Key Pro does the job although there are
others. Search Google for others.
