Keyboard Failure

Hi. My keyboard plugs into a USB port on the computer. Not long ago I got
a palm and had to move my keyboard to a different USB port. When my
computer starts up [XP home] it displays a message "Keyboard Failure" but as
it continues to start up I guess it eventually finds the keyboard and
everything works but I would like to fix that error message. I've heard
from friends that it's just a matter of teaching my computer to look at the
new port 1st but I'm not sure how I should go about that. Any
help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Clark

You might try uninstalling all keyboards in Device Mgr., and rebooting...Let
it find the one you now have.
