Compaq Presario 711CL notebook
After Compaq logo it displays black & white screen stating Keyboard error
with option of F1 Boot & F10 Setup
Event viewer shows warning The device sent an incorrect response(s)
following a keyboard reset.

Keyboard becomes non functional after a short time.
I do not have an original XP Home disc only recovery CD from manufacturer.
Please Help
