keyboard beeps

I have a really annoying problem with my computer, sometimes when I press a button the computer makes a beep, then it's like I'm pressing down another button (like if I press down the shift-key, for no reason the computer makes a beep then thinks I'm holding down the ctrl-key or somthing, it's all random when and wich key). I've tried changing keyboards but it's always the same problem.

press the shift key 5 times and read.....
 
Alrady tried that and disabled all the "plz help me Im handicapped functions" but the problem's still there
 
I am having the exact same problem. Ihave tryed all of the accessability options and nothing is working. Has anyone figured out an answer to this problem
