Keyboard and Mouse

Every now and then I will have trouble with my mouse and keyboard. I run Windows XP home and I think its just a matter of a key or combination of keys being depressed and causing the action that I find a nuisance. All of a sudden, my keyboard wont type any characters and the right mouse button doesnt work. Instead of double left clicking an icon to open it, instead the property window will appear for that icon. Instead on single left clicking an icon to select it, three or four will be selected and it is difficult to unselect. I'm thinking it might be a keyboard shortcut combination that I am unfamiliar with or a key that is sticking or something. I can fix the problem by strolling my hand across the entire keyboard, thereby pressing something to release the shortcut. Anyone know what exactly is going on, what keys are involved?

Hi,

I didn't see your original post, nor do I see any others from you. Did you
perhaps include a large attachment? Most regular users filter out posts that
include those, so many may never see it.

See this site, then post back:
