What does this mean - why is my computer crashing and
displaying this error and will not restart unless
switched off from the power source. I have
traced "kernel" to the win32/install shield folder but do
not know what has cause this. I have also updated and
ran virus check but to no avail. Can anyone give me and
idea of what is wrong.

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the
"77: Kernel Stack..." item in the left side column.

Good luck
