KERNEL32.DLL exception: 0x0eedfade

Hi,

I sporadically get the following exception message:

"The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x7c81eb33."

I searched the web and learned that the address is located in KERNEL32.DLL, and it seems to be quite a prominent exception message with Windows XP SP2, yet there was not solution or workaround to solve this problem available on the web.
Did anyone find a practical solution?
