This error usually occurs when I go to my yahoo mail,
click on inbox, click a message, and click reply. It
will occur other times while in IE 6.
Environment:
1. IE 6 SP 1 with latest hotfixes/critical updates
2. Win XP Pro
I get the window that says Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem. Do you want to send a report to
Microsoft?
I click on "click here" and get this information:
app name iexplorer.exe
modver 5.1.2600.1106
appver 6.0.2800.1106
offset 00013887
modname kernel32.dll
I already reinstalled IE 6 sp1, installed any IE 6
critical updates, and I still get this error message.
Please help. Thank you.
