Kernel page error

Ok i install the new softwear (xp) and when i am during installing a blue screen pops up and says Kernel_page_error and it explains that something might not be installed properly and to install properly so i check it and everything is fine and when i try again same thing... then it tells me to go to my bios and take off shadowing or caching (in my case shadowing) and i do so same thing... so i need some help trying to figure out what to do... thanks
 
OK mate this is called bsod and you need to google the
error and the full hex strings that come up in the bsod;
the ones that go 0x04323232 0x12312331 etc. That's the
only way. If you want answers pls provide enough info.
