Is it possible to keep pen markings visible while building bullet points on

You can in PPT 2002 (I think) and 2003 (definitely).

Which version of PPT are you using?

For the record, 2002 clears the markups upon next animation.

Ah. It doesn't give an option to "keep annotations," then? I couldn't
remember, and I don't have it installed on this system.

Yeah, I'm still stuck in 2002 about to go to 2003, so 2002 is fresh on
my mind.

But I'm impressed with the new pen tricks in 2003. It's been a long
time coming, especially the save markups option. Now I won't have to
use the Print Screen, Alt+Tab to Photo Editor, Alt+e, n, Alt+Tab trick.
