F5>Special>Objects>OK
Right-click on one of the selected objects and Format Autoshape>Properties>Move
and size with cells.

I've done that. Whe I delete rows above, the objects stay where they are,
they don't move with the cells. It's making me crazy!!

Cannot replicate your problem in 2003 version so not sure what to tell you now.
Maybe wait for someone else to read this and lend a hand.
