Keeping inbox current

I use Outlook 2002 extensively. I have an inbox with many subfoldes and
hundreds if not more saved emails in all the subfolders combined.

I need a good way to synch my laptop to get it current with my desktop when
I travel. I need to take a copy of all my Outlook 2002 datea, contacts,
calendar, and inbox, sent emails.

What is the generally accepted best way to do this. I have never found a
convienant way to do this, other than export / import, but that can take a
long long time as my inbox is very large and very full.

thanks

Copy your pst-file to your laptop and connect to it by File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File...
