Hi,

I am using Access 2002 and I have a question regarding the size of the form
when in run mode. In my company there is alot of different kinds and size
computer monitors. My question is does Access keeps the form and the
contents proportion? I know that there are alot of monitors with different
resolution, but is there a way I can code the forms so the user with a 15"
monitor will see the same form as a user with a 19" monitor without having
to scroll? I don't know if Access has that capability. Thank you in
advance.

Size doesn't matter. The difference is in the Resolution settings. There are
re-sizing utilities that will change your form size based on the selected
and designed resolution but I would rather not bother.

It's not the size of the monitor... it's the resolution they are set for.
If you designed the forms in 800 x 600, and all the monitors are set for 800
x 600, all the forms will fit exactly on every display... (15" or 19" or
21"...etc)
If you view those same forms on a monitors running 1024 x 768, they will
appear smaller on the screen.
Access does not adjust automatically to different "screen resolutions"

Usually though... forms designed in 800 x 600 should still be perfectly
usable at 1024 x 768, so resizing really shouldn't be necessary. Anyone at
less than 800 x 600 is way out of date...

Take a look at...

I haven't ever used it, but it's often recommended if you must resize.
