Since my computer was infected I've been trying to keep
an eye on what is being downloaded. Today I recieved a
free scan of my files that brought to my attention 15
files that could have problems. In reviewing those
files, they are files I don't need and would like to
remove them but I can't find all of them and the ones I
can I can't seem to remove. I have all of the file
names, can you give me an easy way to delete them.

Thank you,

Suzette

You may have to enter safemode to remove those files, however make sure that
those files are not needed by windows before doing away with them.
If you are using symantec's free online scanner it will tell you which files
are infected as well as where they are and with what they are infected. If
they are infected with a common virus there's a good chance that they have a
removal tool for it. But nothing beats a good av scanner installed on the
system to keep track of everything in real time
