Keep 'To Do' list open on desk top?

I created a a simplet little 'to do' list using Notes in Outlook. I would
like to keep it up on my desk top throughout the day. Just like an actual
'sticky note'.
I don't want to use 'Task' in Outlook, I like keeping my email showing at
all times.
