keep the URL from changing when I edit a hyperlink in Word

My hyperlinks start out with fully-qualified URLs, but sometimes they change
and don't work anymore. Instead of \\servername\share\folder\filename, they
become ../../../folder/filename.

Set the Base Hyperlink of the document to the root drive.
