keep having to remove and reset up email accounts

I am continually getting the following error message: The connection to the
server has failed. Account: 'pop.aol.com', Server: 'pop.aol.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E

I have to remove and readd the accounts, sometime several times, to get them
to work. They will for for a few hours, days , or weeks depending, then I
have to do it all again. This is a pain in the butt. Help.
 
Disable your email scanning by your Anti Virus.It is redundant and it is not needed.You are still protected with your resident AV in the event any would want to come through
