I am having a problem with KDC Errors event id 11
I have looked into the Q305971 and followed the procedure up until finding the 2 offending names.

However would just deleting 1 of the offending users work or do I have to use the adsiedit.msc to remove this

any help is much appreciated

Regard

Use ADSIEdit.msc to remove one of them. The common scenario is that you have
to remove the value from the Computer Account.

I have tons of this in my active directory during the past few days, although you can use adsiedit.msc but in my case i have around 40thousand ad users, so its very slow to do it using adsi and browse through the object manually

So followup on this case, on how to mod ServicePrincipalName using ldp.ex

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=26074

works great in my case, gdluck

any idea whats causing this btw? i have this every now and then..

It can happens if you for example have SQL Server published in AD and rename
it. You then got multiple ServicePrincipalName or other services.
