I've downloaded the new updates. For some unknown reason(KB937287) was not
included. My understanding is it's a prerequisite for SP1. Anyone else have
this situation and/or a solution?

It was the last update offered to me, and only appeared when all the others
had been installed. So you could perhaps try rechecking for which updates
are now available. Judging from a lengthy thread a bit lower down though, it
appears to be a problematic update for many.
 
Thanks Jon, I haven't installed the new updates, so based on what you said
that explains why I don't see it.

care to point me to the specific thread you have in mind?
 
I had the same experience. Had about 13 updates. Installed them and after
reboot was told I had one more, KB937287, which installed with no problem.

Search the group for KB937287, the solution has been posted in another
thread
