Update downloads & installs properly. Update screen shows
no more updates,Installation history shows it installed .
After turning off computer & resarting & again going to
Windows updates I again see MS-03-026 KB 823980. Have
repeated several times...Installation history shows eachj
installation but the Updates screen each time still says
need to install it...Help

Get - only - Q817287 and install it, It is the cure for the
problem: you may have to repeat other installs one more time, or you
can try the effect of Renaming the folder windows\system32\catroot2 and
rebooting. That will generate a new, clean folder, and you can then
delete the renamed one.
