KB 936929 SP3

I installed KB 936929 SP3 for windows XP SP2 The update installed OK, But my
computer would not reboot after I installed KB 936929 SP3. After taking it
back out my computer rebooted OK so I will NOT reinstall it.

You'll need to find a newgroup with the word "windows" in it.

This group is for DotNet software developers (programmers) and isn't about
"windows" in general stuff.

Does microsoft have a link to this newsgroup on it's support home page or
something? All these questions are rather odd. ;o)
