Kaspersky Licence Weirdness

Anyone come across this

Have a valid Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal licence to July 2004
running on XP Pro.

When I make a set of Rescue Discs & run them.
Screen says licence Expired!!

Currently playing email tennis with Kaspersky support.
Anyone come acoss this?

Somone posted instructions ro remedy the problem when you posted it
