W2k, Word 2003, Pentium 4, 1.9 ,
I am scanning many old typewritten documents, OCR'ing them, then
correcting
them and putting them in a Word file which has all the monthly
documents for
any given year. Most of these documents have paragraphs numbered and
sub-numbered. I want to center-justify the top two lines of each page.
When
I do this, despite having selected just those two lines, the whole
document
and every other document in the file will center-justify and, in
addition,
all the pargraph numbering will have dissappeared. It's very
frustrating.

How can I avoid this?

Thanks
