Just open the freakin desktop

Pretty basic, i just want it to open the desktop folder when i download something to the desktop and click "Open Folder". Although, what would be more usefull would be if i could get an "open with..." for the file when dling with IE. Obviously i could just use mozilla, but i like IE. So if someone can please tell me how to add an "open with..." to the popup menu when right clicking on a file in IE or make the "Open Folder" button work when i am dling to my desktop, preferably both, that would allow me to be happy and use IE.

in any folder goto tools/folder options, click filetypes tab and assign
a program to open any extension you like, i.e if you have 3 diff kinds
of music players you can assign the one you like to be your default.

not sure that either of you understood what i needed, so i'm gonna explain it better this time
1) I like to put .torrent files on the desktop so that at any time i can see all of the downloads that I have partially gotten by looking at the desktop - otherwise I tend to forget what I have been dling
2) I have the torrent files open with my client and I dont want to change that
3) Before I start the torrent I like to open it with torrentspy so that I can see what files are in it and how many seeders there are etc
4) So what I would like to be able to do is to add the "open with" option to internet explorer like below "open in new window". I have the "open with" option in my folder windows and there is nothing wrong with it
5) While it would not be as good as just having the option in IE, I wouldn't mind if when after I downloaded my .torrent file to my desktop, I could just click the "Open Folder" button on the finished download, and it would open the desktop folder (C:\Documents and Settings\My_name\Desktop) instead of just telling me "The target you specified is on your desktop."
