Just installed a Nvidia GEForce FX 5200 Video cardNow comp restarts randomly?

I have already downloaded the drivers directly from the Nvidia Homepage for my videocard however i keep getting an error message when i send an error-report to microsoft saying my computer crashed because of a device driver however the problem is unknown so what should I do? Also, seems that my comp only restarts when im on the internet! Well Thanx
