junk mails

Not sure if this is the right word but how do you get rid of these mails
coming into my mail box that are nothing but disgusting. Over the night
100-125
came in during the 6 or 8 months. Is there anyway of blocking them as they
change their name and address nearly everytime. I tried the blocking and than
seeing the mails in mu junk mail folder. please help me...

Do they at least have something on the subject line that doesn't change and
doesn't appear in any email you want to read? If so, open such a message,
then click on Message, then create Rule From Message, then the check mark
before Where the From line contains people, then the box before Where the
subject line contains specific words, then the box before Delete it, then
the
box before Mark it as read, then scroll down in this section and click the
box
before Stop processing more rules, then the box before Delete it from
server,
then the blue line contains specific words, then copy the past of the
subject line
that's constant (eve if it's more than one word), then click Add, then OK,
then
OK again.
