Very important email has been relegated to junk mail. I have had this
system only five days. I did not bar these senders.
I want to know how to change the rule. That process is very poorly, as it
was very poorly with OE, portrayed, described.
I thought Microsoft might have started considering the consumer.
Getting help via Microsoft is arduous, time consuming, and seems arrogant.

What have you tried so far? You can change the Junk E-mail filter
to "Low" or off. Also, you can add desirable senders to your
Safe Senders list.

"you can add desirable senders to your Safe Senders list.", this dont help me ??

Are you saying that you have added someone to the Safe Senders list,
yet when they send you an email, it goes into the Junk E-Mail folder?
Sorry, I don't know why that would happen.

Click on Tools, then Junk E-mail Options, then Safe Senders. For each
address you want to add, click on Add, then type the address, then
click OK and then Apply. Click on OK. If you want to add all users
with the same part of their address after @, do the same but only type
the part of the address after @.
