How do I export the Junk mail senders list to a text file?
I would like to upload it to Exchange 2000 filter list.

Search your drive for junk*.txt and you'll find it.

FWIW, Exchange only supports so many characters in it's filter - if you use
a lot of wildcards, you can get up to about 800 addresses, but I suspect the
average site uses full addresses and domains, resulting in fewer entries in
the list. So... go over your junk list (opening it in excel helps) - sort it
and remove duplicates then use wildcards to handle many addresses from one
domain before adding the list to exchange.

More information on using wildcards is here:

One other note, if you are serious about getting rid of junk mail, a 3rd
party filter is much better.

The Junk Senders list is already a text file named Junk Senders.txt, located
in C:\Documents and Settings\{yourusername}\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me.

Hello. It seems the junk*.txt only exists for office
2000. I currently have Office XP, and would like to take
my list to another computer. However, this junk*.txt does
not exist anywhere on my hard drive. Does anyone know
where it is stored on XP?
Thanks.

It does exist on your hard drive, in a hidden folder. It's in
C:\Documents and Settings\{yourusername}\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You have to enable the "Show hidden files and folders" option in
Tools>Folder Options>View in Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer).
