Junk Filter Stopped Working

I just upgraded a machine from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 specifically for the junk mail filter. When it was first installed and the junk filter turned on to high, it filtered junk properly for about one day. Thereafter, the junk mail filter has stopped working even though it is still set to high.

The machine is running Windows 2000 and Outlook is accessing it mail from POP3/SMTP servers. Data is stored in a PST file (no Exchange is used).

Suggestions?

Have you run Office Update already? The definitions for the JEF has been
updated.

Tips of the month:
-Creating Signatures
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

Thanks for your response. Yes I had updated Outlook with the new spam filter but even with or without the update it catches zero spam.

What setting do you have for it?
