I have an installation of Outlook 2002 and I activated the Junk Email
rule. Worked great until last Monday. Now no mattter who sends me
email they all go to the Junk Email folder. I have checked the senders
list for email addresses that should not be there and the are not. But
those people's email are still getting shoved to the Junk Email folder.
Not one email ends up in my Inbox. Anybody have any Ideas besides
turning the rule off? Thanks.

Triple-check the address list and make sure there aren't any wildcards
in the list. (i.e. "*@*.com"). Also check your Rules Wizard and make sure
there aren't any extra rules moving messages to the Junk E-mail folder.
Also you might want to take a closer look at the Junk E-mail rule itself
to make sure it hasn't been altered to add some extra criteria.
