I think that you should be able to select multiple e-mails and add them to the "Blocked Senders List" all at once.
 
Perhaps, but since that feature is fairly worthless, why bother?
Spammers don't reuse the same 'From' address.

Spammers even use other people's email addresses. So it could even be that a
spammer abuses your friend's address and you put it to the blacklist without
verifying if the message really comes from him.

I have tried to add a 'Junk' button to my inbox toolbar, there is a 'Not
Junk' button in the Junk folder toolbar, but why not 'Add domain to Junk
list' button ?

I suppose their is a limit to the number of buttons that Microsoft has
programmed in. Suffice it to say that no such button is available.
