junk e-mail filters for outlook 2003

i have the highest setting on junke-mail filters (safe
sender list only) with 20 addresses on the safe sender
list. my address book is empty. i still receive spam in
my inbox. is it something i'm doing? or has anyone else
found this to be true for outlook 2003 (i've been using
my new dell at work for a little over a month)

There's no way to completely eliminate SPAM.

I also try to block entire domains such as "@yahoo.com"
but many of them still slip by. What the hell is
happening Microsoft? Don't you test this????

You know, I tried that, but it asked for my product ID. I entered it and
it says it's invalid!!! Let me follow this by saying it's a version
Microsoft GAVE ME FOR FREE after going to the MS Office 2003 launch
event in San Francisco last year!!!
