Hello,

I need to deploy on each users pc a filter that moves the email marked
in the header as "spam" to the Junk E-Mail folder. Due to policies where
the server is, they cannot delete the emails on the server, so I need to
do this on each client. Is there a simple way of doing it?

(We use Outlook 2003)

Thank you.

If you are running Outlook 2003, click on Tools>Rules and Alerts... In the
resulting window create a rule that queries for a specific header. Play
around with all the options you see to determine what would be the best
option for you. I used to have one set up for that and I chose to have it
deposit the matches into my junk mail folder just so I can look at it just in
case. Don't have it anymore because there was never a case where it
determined legitimate mail was spam. Now I have my server side filter just
get rid of them.
