Junk detection does not work with certain rules

Hi,

I have a few rules that direct certain emails from
certain POP3 account to another folder. However, when I
do this, the junk email feature doesn't work.

I have other POP 3 accounts that just go straight into
the Inbox, and then the Junk detection works. Any ideas
why this is, and what I can do?

I don't want to disable the rule if possible...

What are the order of the rules? Make sure Junk Detection
is first, and that it is applied as mail is received.
Then have the moving to folders one, AFTER mail is
received.
