junction points on WIN2K server

Due to lack of space on the system partition I need to
move the DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS folder to another
partition on the same server.
Whatwould be the best way to do this?
I looked at linkd.exe but unless I am missing something
that does not appear to address the hard drive space
problem.
Any sugestions?
