Jumpy/Choppy Scrolling

I just re-installed wiondows now when I scroll pages it
is very choppy. It use to be very smooth and but now it
isn't. I tried de-selecting the smooth scrolling option
in IE and I have installed all the Windows Updates and it
seesm to still be having this problem.

If someone could help me get the scrolling to be smooth
again I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you got the latest driver for your video card? That was what was
causing the problem with me.
