Is it possible to hook a juke box to the computer thru the microphone or in
plug in the back of a computer and record using windows media player or
windows xp?

Yes, "Line in" can be turned on at the "Recording" interface for
sndvol32.exe (see options/Properties)
You then open sndrec32, record a one minute file, save it, then use the menu
to 'insert' the one minute file over and over till it's long enough. Save
it, and then activate Record to overwrite the file, and save it again.
Sndrec32 will also pare off the blank beginning and end of the file.
Other apps will convert the .wav file to the format you prefer. Windows has
no built in converter.

Start/run, type:

If it is not on the screen, hit alt-spacebar, then M, up arrow, and click
the mouse to move it onscreen.
