I know I asked this a while ago and someone said their might be a patch for
this. In access XP, when I went to insert an object (JPG) in my database,
it would be listed as a MSphoto editor 3.0 object. It printed in reports
fine as a picture.

In Outlook 2003 it comes up as a package in the database and the report
leaves a blank outline where the picture should be. Was there ever a
solution short of installing from the XP CD?

Why are you asking here? This group is for issues with the Windows XP
operating system, not applications installed thereunder, whether they're MS
or not.

Why would you need to reinstall Windows if you're having issues with Office?
Suggest you repost in an Office - or preferably separate Access and Outlook
groups. Though, having said that, your post doesn't make a lot of sense -
what does "it comes up as a package in the database" mean, exactly?

Oh and the word is 'there'. 'Their' is possessive, 'they're' is a
contraction of 'they are'.
