JPG pictures

Is their a way to have customize Outlook Express 2003 to allow JPG files to
be displayed in the message viewer as was
available in previous versions. I have turned off the download pictures
option in tools to allow JPG files but they come
through as attachments not open until I click on them and then they have to
be opened one at a time.

There is no such application as "Outlook Express 2003". What app are you
really talking about?
