OK, please help. When we moved a couple of months ago,
for some reason my Outlook is acting on its own accord.

When someone send me a JPG attachment, I double click and
up pops a window that says the following:

PROGRAM NOT FOUND
Windows cannot find NETSCP6.EXE.
This program is needed for opening files of type
'Mozilla JPEG Image File'.

Location of NETSCP6.EXE.

It appears that a setting has changed and it wants me to
open Netscape....I do NOT have, nor have I ever had,
Netscape on this computer. IE 6.0 is what we use. We do
not get a lot of pictures, sometimes from friends, photos
of kids, copies of stuff for Christmas Presents ideas.

Please help us as we are getting tired of deleting these
Emails without being able to see what people are sending.

THANKS SO MUCH!

Don't double click on the file icon to open it.

Right click and choose Save As. Save the file to your desktop, or someplace
else you can access easily.
Now...find the file and hold down the Shift key and Right Click. Choose
Open with from the menu. Browse to whatever application you want to open
the file with...you mentioned IE, so choose it. Check the box that says
Always Open with this application.

Now, you can double click on these files as you used to and they will open
in whatever application you used.
