jpg files in outlook

I could view a jpg photo attachment within the e-mail in Outlook Express. Now
I have Outlook 2003 and the e-mail will not show--they just open as file
attachments
 
Office Outlook will not open attachments automatically. This is to satisfy
business IT management personnel. It is more secure. Outlook Express is for
the general public and is less restrictive. If you have an image editing
program, you can double click on the attachment and open the image editor.
