.jpg files don't have dimension (resolution) so can't sort?

How can I sort my pics by dimensions? I can see the .bmp files sort by
dimension but the .jpg file don't seem to have any dimension (resolution)?
Can I change that?
 
To get this back:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
