jpegs

just recently windows will not save a jpeg off of the
internet as a jpeg. Instead it offers to save as ither a
bmp or ART (whtever that is) i have only just bought the
laptop and it was saving fine wen i bought it so what
have i done to it and how can i rectify my problem? when
i try and open them i get a message that says "no preview
available" Please Help!!!

I have the same exact problem. I cannot see art files.
How you found the answer yet?
