JPEG problems

I'm hoping that someone can help with a recent problem
that I am experiencing with XP.

I recently upgraded my ISP to AOL 9.0 and ever since
doing so, I can no longer save pictures as JPEG's. Every
time I attempt to save a picture in XP, the only options
that I have is ART or BITMAP, neither of whuich I want. I
would perfer JPEG's.

Can anyone help me understand why I can no longer save
pictures as JPEG's anymore. Please email me at

I can't take credit for this - I came across the fix

somewhere her - had the same problem. the fix is easy.
Go into control panel and then into internet options. In
the general tab, just hit "delete files" in temporary
internet files. That will fix it.
